"The team was very professional; They arrived on-time, as scheduled and were ready to go. Andy, the project lead, carefully checked to make sure he clearly understood our needs. Andy, who was fantastic to work with, was also there throughout the entire project. He made sure we were happy with all aspects of the work being performed. The crew made a noticeable effort to ensure that everything was properly prepared to prevent any damage to the house, plantings, etc. The team was very flexible and took great care to make sure that all work was accomplished in a high quality fashion. If we noticed something that required additional attention (i.e. some water damaged roof sheeting or loose nails), Andy's team replaced the plywood and re-nailed prior to installing the new roof. When the job was complete, the cleanup was performed with an attention to detail. Since the preparation was so thorough, there was no real mess once all the gear, netting and protective coverings were removed. Everything looked as if it had never been disturbed and with the new roof & gutters, it really looks fantastic! We are very pleased with the overall results and attention to detail. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. One real nice customer service touch was that Andy checked in several times each day during the job to make sure everything was to our liking and he made adjustments, as necessary. "All Season's did a terrific job on our roof replacement.  Given the size of the job, I obtained multiple quotes from Angie's List roofers in the area.  All Season's provided a very competitive quote, and even more importantly they provided the most detailed quote of all received, with a very clear list of actions, materials and construction standards.  Further, Troy came out to our house twice as part of the competitive bid process and I was able to establish a level of trust in him and his business manager, Bruce, through our multiple interactions.
Troy and the All Season's team completed our roof replacement as scheduled and according to their quote.  The roofing crew was friendly and professional.  We maintained regular communication throughout the process and their were no surprises.
