He gave me a quote that was both specific and detailed. He worked with me a little on price and deposit. His team showed up at my house to the minute of when he said that they would. He worked with me to address my concerns about cracks in the prior driveway, tieing the driveway into both the garage and the apron, and tieing the driveway and the sidewalk together. At every step of the way (grade, gravel depth, concrete depth) JP checked in with me and had me approve it before he went to the next step. Not sure if this was his normal practice or another instance of him working with me to allay my concerns. Whichever...... it sure worked for me. I had thought it would take two days....... they were out by 3pm on day one. As JP said, this wasn't their first driveway. I know of at least two other driveways in my neighborhood that he has done.
