"I asked to have the old pool cover removed. That meant removed from the premises. For $600 I expected this. I was told after it was removed that my contract did not include disposing of the old cover. Never saw a contract Would not have hired this company if I knew this. Instead, they rolled it to the curb. My trash removal did not have a service to pick it up. I had to cut it up, which was very tedious, and dirty and I was too old to be burdened with this. Why I hired them to do this job in full, but they failed me."
