We knew we needed a service call but weren't sure what we would be looking at in terms of a repair since our LG washer had completely died. Mr. Charles was extremely prompt and courteous in his communications and it did not take long to get an appointment. When he arrived, his manner and work were very professional. He diagnosed that we needed to replace the control board. We discussed the cost and new vs. refurbished parts. He left me with a quote and knowing that the price was a factor, he even did further research on finding the best price on the parts. In the end, we have decided to abandon the washer repair and get a new one, but I would definitely call Mr. Charles again for other problems."

"If I could give D&M Appliance Repair and A++, I would. I called D&M to check and repair a gas dryer after there was a small fire from the dryer. Danny took apart the entire dryer, thoroughly cleaned it in and out, checked all the components, neatly put everything back in place and made sure it was operating properly. Danny is so polite and knowledgeable. His work is meticulous. Both the dryer and the area he work in was left immaculate. I was so very impressed that I asked for several business cards to recommend D&M to my co-workers. It is hard to find a repair company that you trust to do great job and know they are not looking to have you spend more then is necessary. I will use D&M for all future appliance repairs and gladly recommend them."

"Within an hour of purchasing the advertised special, Henry from B A R called us to set up an appointment for service. He seemed knowledgeable and showed up promptly to our appointed time. After working on the unit for about an hour he determined that the unit had died and there was no hope reviving it - it was 14 years old after all. WIthin a few days Henry was back and installed our new unit. Around the time he installed our unit, our second unit died. We had him replace it as well.
