More often than not, I feel like the work was overpriced, with hidden costs popping up along the way, then the workers leave with the work not even completed and never return for repairs to a job that was not done well to begin with. So, working with Elite Thermal was a happy experience, worth sharing. The cost was highly competitive. The work was well explained in advance by Chad, who was also here the morning of the work to oversee his crew. Pictures were taken before and after. Workers were timely, polite, clean and profession. Even once the work was completed, I was able to get modified receipts for rebate purposes to meet what was required. "Zach came out to do the assessment on the part of my house with damaged siding and rotting wood. He did not try to sell me anymore than I needed which was very much appreciated. The guys that delivered the siding were courteous and professional. Placed the siding where I asked them to “no trouble or pushback. The installation team was on time. The project manager, Drew introduced himself and kept me informed of the installation team’s progress. The job was done in less than half a day. Very good looking with careful attention to replacing my security camera and tucking wires under the siding and cleaning up after themselves. No wires, wood or pieces left behind! When Drew came into settle up on final payment I was impressed that he took the time to look up a feature I was having problems with o a car I bought my husband. Going above and beyond. Problem solved. Highly recommend this company especially if they send Zach and Drew."

"Kyle was so amazing to work with! He was polite and professional and did really great work. Smart Energy Pros helped us to get rebates from BGE that covered a majority of the costs. We feel a noticeable difference in our home now after having our attics insulation issues fixed! Kyle even spotted multiple other issues regarding our kitchens vent emptying into our attic as opposed to outside of the home. He also installed a fan in our bathroom which has helped immensely with the steam from our showers.
