They explained everything to my mom, who was home, and called me to verify what was needed for the repair. The repair on took only 5 minutes. A few months ago, we had another company fix the toilet. Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. "It was a completely positive experience in every respect. Gary arrived on time and patiently went through the house to try and diagnose the new and very frequent “ghost” water sounds throughout my house. Checking the area where water sounds could be originating from, Gary located a joint on my sump pump that had a leak and was causing the trap on the pump not to close completely resulting in the water sounds. He replaced the joint and installed a silent trap which is wonderful because the sump pump had gotten so loud over the years that it could be loud enough to keep someone awake! Then, he snaked out my kitchen sink that was backing up and now it’s draining better than ever. Gary was professional and very knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done and why. We called Millersville Plumbing after 2:30 pm on a Friday afternoon with a plumbing emergency. A toilet was clogged in the downstairs bathroom.  The emergency was that my mother recently came home from the hospital and that was the only toilet she could access.  Millersville came to the rescue, providing an immediate appointment, fixing the issue with the great customer service they've always provided.  Fixing stopped up toilets isn't a pleasant job, but you would never know it from the plumbers pleasant interaction with my mom.  They also fixed a leak in the toilet caused by a loose bolt.   I've used Millersville Plumbing for all my plumbing needs over the years, from replacing external water line - during winter, snow conditions, installing a new dishwasher, and diagnosing various plumbing issues.  I'm happy that I have an experienced plumbing company that I can trust and that values their customers.  Millersville Plumbing, Plumbers are the best.  :)
