"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. They are a great company with lots of depth. They exceeded my expectations in every area."

"Converted tub to shower, 1 day installation! Professional from start to finish, it was very smooth working with them. I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. "We are absolutely in love with our new shower. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our existing tub/shower combo and replace it with a new shower. The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. As I indicated, we absolutely love the finished product and have no qualms about recommending West Shore Homes for this type of work."

"Wonderful. Honorable. My toilet was leaking and I needed the flange repaired/replaced. I was quoted a price that was lower than a another company but still high, I thought. When the techs fixed the toilet, they realized it wasn't as bad as they thought. The original quote was based on a worse case scenario kind of thing. They could have held me to the quote but actually only charged a little over 1/2 the original quote. I was really pleased. As a woman it is hard to find contractors you can trust. The fact that this company and his men did an honorable act has won me over and they are now my go to plumbers. Yes. They fixed the issue very well. Oh and get this... They showed up on time. Overall, we experienced a lack of attention to detail and a lack of responsiveness that allowed for lapses in quality and mistakes in construction. The workmanship is merely adequate. We do not recommend VKB."
