"I contacted Thad Claunch of Platinum Roofing to evaluate my roof as I was seeing shingles in my lawn. He was there the next day and said I did have wind damage and to contact my insurance company. He met my insurance agent when he came and they reviewed the damage. When I received the first payment from my insurance company, Thad was over the review options and sign the contract. This occurred on Friday. The roofing job was completed the next Friday (and the delay was because I got a special order shingle which delayed the job two days).
