"The work completed during the initial agreement period was beyond expectation, leading to significant scope creep (my husband and I continue to be impressed; thus, continue to add to the long wish list). Thus far, we have new built-in cabinets in the living room and den with beautiful (and highly functional and durable) countertops and an opening between the two rooms for barstools on either side (perfect dining or family game surface). Manuel and Joaquin were instrumental in design and execution. The master bedroom is completely redone (lighting, floors, painting, baseboards, patch and texture, outlets) and the master bath is nearing completion from ceiling to floor with a new barn door installed between bedroom and vanity/shower area. No task too small or large. We have a new gate around our entryway that our four dogs and the rest of the fam enjoy immensely - many compliments from neighbors too. The Tenorio's attention to detail and focus on planning and brining to life practical (and aesthetically pleasing) solutions make this team unbeatable. They are great communicators, easy to work with and have great vision from the beginning to the end of a project - working as partners to solution beyond satisfaction - not salespeople. "There was quite a mess as the leak had been going on for some time undetected. We had water damage people, water heater people and construction all trying to get their part of the job done. Jim from Christian Construction came in a assessed the damage, cost and timeline. He had his crew there immediately to get estimates on all the areas of damage. Once the water was dried out and new construction could start, they were there rebuild garage section first so new water heater could be installed. Everything was done quickly and efficiently so we would have less down time. From the beginning Christian Construction was on top of and honest about the "down time". Since the cabinets on the garage wall side of the kitchen were damaged, they were torn out and Jim had a custom cabinet maker come in and build new cabinets and they matched perfectly. We even added in pull out shelves. Care was taken when tearing out or replacing to avoid further damage. Floors and walls fully covered and when the cabinets had to be refurbished, every effort was taken to keep odors and dust at a minimum. Overall, the garage/kitchen connecting wall, water heater area, work bench area, were re-done on the garage side. On the inside we had a hall closet with damage and it was repaired and new carpeting put down. The kitchen wall inside was repaired and new cabinet put it, all cabinets were refurbished, new pantry pull outs and updated drawers were installed. They also put in a new granite counter as the old counter had to be torn out as collateral damage from the torn out kitchen cabinet and a new undermount sink. The kitchen was repainted and as a favor they replaced some kitchen lights. Having your kitchen torn out is never a pleasant time but the contractor stayed on the timeline promised and got us back to normal in a decent amount of time. The outcome is a beautiful new kitchen. Everyone we worked with from Christian Construction was friendly, professional and treated our home with respect. I know I drove Jim Christian crazy with my many phone calls but he took it all in stride, even when I called after hours. I would definitely recommend Christian Construction!"

He looked for ways to repair our front door instead of replacing the front door. This saved us $600 to $700. His price estimate was very close to the actual cost. The actual cost was less than he quoted. He did all of the tasks identified in the work plan, which he provided to me to review and approve the day before of service. All of the repairs look and operate great! The job sites were spotless. We were extremely pleased with the service and will definitely use Jerry for future projects.
