Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? "The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

"Not very well.  In our case, this company tried to reschedule at the last minute, the morning the work was supposed to happen.  We had already moved all the furniture to the middle of the room and made arrangements in our schedule to be here. 
My wife called Max and scheduled the work about two weeks in advance.  We did not get any routine follow up calls a day or two before to confirm the appointment.  She called the morning the work was supposed to happen, and left a msg.  Max called her back and said, "I was going to call you and see if we could reschedule."  Surprised, she said that would not work, that our bedroom was all in disarray in preparation for the one-day job, and that we had rearranged our weekend schedule to make this happen.
Max called back and said he had arranged for a painter and that he would be here at noon.  He did not show up until after 2 p.m., so we called back to check on things when he was an hour or so past due. 
The painter who came was polite and did good work.  However, we had to rearrange our day and be here later than expected given the fact that he got such a late start. 
The painter seemed to work quite slowly.  We had just had a professional painter redo a number of rooms downstairs, who was recommended by our remodeling contractor, and he seemed a lot faster.  Then again, he was working on a bid price, and not for X hours of work.
