"Excellent job no leaks and an upgraded water heater at no extra charge. Greg was very informative on the process of installing the water heater as I asked a lot of questions which he had patience to answer. Took time to make sure the water heater was installed correctly. I would use his expertise again. Ray"

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"Daniel (DJ) Customer service was great! Was on time and quality of work was fantastic. He also even came back the next morning because pilot light went out on water heater and re-lighted for me. Just a very pleasant guy and again his work that he did was top notch."

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."
