"The guys from Florida Cooling Experts are engaging and professionals. I had a problem with my unit a week before I hired Florida Cooling Experts. The company I originally called left me with the impression that they fixed my unit's woes and with little information about what they did. It hadn't been. So I called Florida Cooling Experts instead, and they had an opening for me the same day. Good start! They updated me with location and timetable every time they thought they wouldn't be on time. The technicians that came were George and Victor, very knowledgeable. They are great. Easy to talk to and they explained everything to me as they went along. Most of it went above my head anyway, but I have a little more knowledge today than I had a week ago. Not that I will use it for a DIY, (I will always call these guys because of their great service) but I know a little more about my units today because of George and Victor. Their dogged determination in making sure they did a proper job was admirableâ to where after the job finished on the day of the call, they left feeling it wasn't 100 percent of their best that they came back out to make sure it was and tweak it.
