Unfortunately, we had purchased some wrong fittings. One of DM's people drove ten miles roundtrip, and picked up the correct fittings! No charge for travel! The area was left in excellent shape. All packages, old parts, etc., were removed from our site. We couldn't be more pleased with our new systems! We plan to have DM install a completely new bathroom in our home, in the very new future! <br />"

"Follow up was awful. I called for a problem and got no response. This includes many, many texts, phone calls and a visit to his home and talked with his wife. Another provider even talked to him and told him to contact me. He still would not. My boiler was under warranty as well. It was absolutely disheartening. I gave him every chance to make it right. He never did. Other providers have said that people have complained that he does not get back to clients. I was so pleased with the work he did originally and I recommended him to several people. After this experience I can't in good faith recommend him. I am being kind here with no reason to be. If you need service in northern wisconsin then use someone else. <br />"
