"Called Excalibur and a gentlemen came to inspect the damage. After about 1 1/2 hours' inspection, I was given the assessment of damage and costs to repair and replace damaged areas. We set an appointment and they came at the determined time. The crew worked all day to replace and repair areas on roof, as was written in the inspection report. All work was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned up after their work. Excalibur is a great company to work with and I feel very confident recommending them for any roof repair work.

"They came out for a $99 roof inspection but it hardly covered anything, they just came out looked at it and gave their evaluation and recommended repairs and gave us an estimate for those. It was okay but I just thought we would get more for what we paid for. Wasn't really a deal. The $99 was really just a we'll come out and look at it, didn't cover any repairs or anything. I just thought it would cover more."

I liked that all expenses, materials, everything regarding the work was written down in a contract and thoroughly and explained to me, there were no surprises with any additional costs, etc. They were very thorough when prepping for the job in that they did all repairs and touch ups prior to beginnig. They used high quality materials when replacing the Fascia boards. The amount of time they stated it would take to complete the work was 8 days and they were spot on.
