"Do not use this company. I was charged $125 for a 20-minute visit, told I needed a $600 motor replacement, and GE later confirmed that wasn?t necessary. When I called to speak with a manager, she told me I could do whatever I needed to do. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear."

"I called them on Friday afternoon. A guy came the very next day and immediately knew what was wrong. This is the second company I had come and look at the dryer and they were quick, professional and had it repaired immediately. The first company I had look at it said they would take a couple of weeks because Samsung’s are difficult to fix."
