"Called me back on Sunday afternoon about my repair and completed it Monday morning . Very professional and thorough"

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Prompt, courteous, informative, patient, and provides alternatives for repair and/ or new purchase."

"S Pro was amazing! They were very prompt to respond to my request. Came that same day to check it out. Kept great communication on time quotes and gave very fair estimates. They fixed my fridge and my oven which was perfect! They are friendly, so clean in their work, and so respectful. They are perfect for your job!!"
