My neighbors had their roofs approved, but mine wasn’t—so I knew something wasn’t right. When my roof started leaking in early August, I finally contacted Artisan, and that was the best decision I made. 1. Brian’s inspection is incredibly professional Brian came to my house right away. He walked through the interior with me, then carefully inspected the entire roof outside. He took clear, detailed photos and organized them so I could understand exactly what was happening. Those photos were key evidence for my State Farm claim. I had contacted four roofing companies before—none of them came close to the level of detail Brian provided. 2. Brian joined the insurance meeting and helped me WIN approval When State Farm sent their adjuster, Brian came immediately—even though they arrived early. He waited patiently for the third-party inspector (who was late), and then walked them through every problem area. He clearly explained the hail damage, the leaks, and exactly why it needed approval. Honestly, State Farm is famous for being strict, but with Brian’s help, I finally got approved for a full roof replacement. I was so relieved and grateful. 3. He also helped me get approval for interior repairs There were water stains inside my house caused by the roof leak. I didn’t even know I could include this in the claim, but Brian talked to the adjuster directly and helped me get additional coverage for the interior repairs as well. This is the kind of detail and professionalism you rarely see. 4. The installation team was also excellent Once approved, the Artisan team finished the entire roof in one day. Fast, clean, and high quality. They also found a few issues (like an old dryer vent), took pictures, and sent me updates during the day so I always knew what was happening. Every step felt responsible and transparent. 5. Great communication, great local company From emails about payment, to warranty details, to color selection—they were always clear, quick, and helpful. It feels good to work with a local, trustworthy, professional company. I truly recommend them 100% I am a West Cary homeowner, and after comparing at least four different roofing companies, I can confidently say: Brian Anderson and Artisan Quality Roofing are the BEST. "Mr. Blanchard is a great communicator - he met me for a face to face quote - made observations and shared details about the skylight replacement along with the roofing details. "Great experience from start to finish. Carter was a great help in navigating the initial inspection of the roof and then helping us file the claim with our insurance carrier. He then came and met with the insurance adjuster when he evaluated the roof - so that the adjuster was aware of the items that Carter identified in his initial inspection. Next, Shawna was very helpful with picking the roofing material and working through the steps up to installation. Claytonia was very helpful with the payment process, once we had received the insurance check. Within just a few days of the initial payment, the crew was here installing the new roof. They were efficient and removing and replacing the new roof - and installing a new skylight. They completed our house and my workshop in less than a day. They cleaned up, including double/triple checking to get all the nails from the removed roofing. The young man who led the roofing crew was very polite and helpful with a few things that required our participation. Then Claytonia was back once the work was done to handle the certificate of completion and getting that to our insurance company so we could receive the final payment. The experience was excellent. "I requested a quote through Angies list on 11-27-20. I got a response from the company on 11-30-20 and received a quote on 12-1-20 after Steve came out and looked at roof. I had already gotten four other quotes and was trying to decide who to go with when Steve called back on 12-9-20 to see to see if I had decided, said they had room for a small job in between some bigger jobs. After a little price haggling I told them to go ahead with the job. They came out Friday 12-11-20 at 7:30 am and had old shingles removed and new shingles installed and clean-up done by 4:30pm. I was very pleased with the entire process from first contact to last contact which was Barry stopping by a few days later to pick up check. Their crew was very polite, stayed on the job, and even worked past their normal work day hours, after asking me if it would be okay. The roof looks great and they cleaned up behind them selves and were very careful to not damage planting, etc. around the house. I had consulted them after receiving several recommendations from my neighbors and would recommend them myself."
