"The job was so well done that you could not tell where the old siding and the new siding met."

"R.I.A. was hired based on their Angi listing, Angi reviews, their website, the prejob interviews and estimate comparison with 3 other bids. Also they are right here in Clearwater, FL. The project was replacing rotten T1-11 wood panels on an upper right gable of my townhouse along with some cedar trim, fascia and soffit. I started out thinking of using fiber cement siding but I had to match exactly the materials on the other townhouses in the development. Because I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted to do Ivan had to come out twice to estimate the same job. Thank you Ivan for doing that. It paid off because I hired him. Once I gave the go ahead they didn't waste any time; the crew started work within about a week. I was concerned about some forecast rain damaging the brand new T1-11 panels so the crew worked around that and did the soffit and fascia first and the panels and trim the day after the rain (a little rain probably wouldn't have hurt the bare panels, but I got no argument from the R.I.A. crew; they ARE out to please the customer). I was concerned about the new wood panels lasting over time so they added some flashing that wasn't done by the last contractor and also shimmed the bottom of the panels up off of the roof line to my satisfaction. Even though they were not doing any painting they did do some caulking. The crew of two got a good start each of the two mornings, worked hard, efficiently (I don't think they took a lunch break) and knew what they were doing. Also I watched them do most of the work and the crew leader was a friendly guy. All the wood panels and trim pieces were fit in very nicely. They cleaned up as expected and I have no complaints. I would use them again. They did give the senior 5% discount and listed what is in their warranty. Working with this contractor was a good experience."

"The contractors from Handyman by Henderson were prompt, courteous, knowledgable craftsmen, who paid attention to minor details when finishing the job. They did an excellent job in changing out our old wood and replacing the dormer with vapor barrier protection and hardyboard."

"Excellent work. Roman and his team are great. They repaired some drywall and painted. They are very professional, caring and pay attention to detail. Thank you so much Roman and Jr. Awesome team!"

"Repair went well and in a timely manner. Very professional, courteous, and fair price."

"I had a great experience with 1on1 Restoration repairing my deck. They were fast, thoughtful, and exceptionally communicative throughout the entire process. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and delivered truly outstanding craftsmanship. The work exceeded my expectations, and everything was completed flawlessly. I highly recommend 1on1 Restoration to anyone looking to have those pesky house projects done right the first time."

"Edward did an excellant job repairing the exterior soffit. I was very pleased with the results and professional care he took in making sure that I was completely satisfied with the work."

"Called them to reenforce my gates to my fence that were sagging. They were prompt to get to the house to complete the job. Though I was not satisfied with the repair initially, they addressed my concerns and came out a second time and exceeded my expectations. Much happier with operational gates that close properly and don't sag."

"I hired Rick and his crew to remodel a bathroom, reconfigure a closet to accommodate a one- piece washer and dryer combination to replace an old combination unit and sheetrock holes from vents from an HVAC system that had been updated to mini splits. As you can imagine, when opening up walls in an older building, there were issues. I was always kept abreast of those issues, informed of what COULD be done and given their suggestions of how to rectify the problem so I could make informed decisions. I was kept in constant contact in person or by phone or text. I was really surprised and pleased at how clean they left the job inside and out. The end result is beyond my expectations. I will definitly call them for my next project. I love the fact that I now have laundry facilities at home and much needed storage in a small bathroom."

"Hired for vinyl siding repair and power washing house. Fast, fair price, excellent work, and easy to deal with. I would hire this contractor again."
