I hired them to build an 18x17 paver patio, but they installed an 18x14 patio instead?three feet shorter than what was agreed upon. On top of that, the patio is not level, which affects both the appearance and functionality of the space. They also failed to provide the specific pavers I requested, even though those details were clearly discussed beforehand. In addition to the patio, the project included upgrading the patio misting system and installing a wireless sprinkler controller. Neither of these tasks were completed. The mist system was never upgraded, the wireless controller was never installed, and the sprinkler system work they did attempt still needs repairs. Overall, the project was delivered incorrectly, incompletely, and without attention to the commitments they made. The lack of accuracy, follow?through, and quality. "
