"S&W Kitchens remodeled my kitchen over the past few months. The finished product is absolutely beautiful! The seamless coordination between Lacie Rice and Daniel, the Lead Contractor, made this project perfect! I also am grateful to the subs that were used. They were all very professional, courteous and at the end of the day, everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend S & W Kitchens to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen."

"I had Steve and Co do a complete kitchen remodel and also replaced the windows on about 2/3 of my house. The work was done well and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a remodel job."

"Everyone affiliated with this company was professional from start to finish. The installers consulted with me by phone on the day of the installation and we made a change based on my future plan to screen in the back porch. I am a very satisfied customer!"

"Christina and Toni Ann come to my house every 2 weeks and keep my kitchen, eating area', living room and master bedroom in wonderful shape. Last week I asked Christina to clean the master bath large shower because the tiles needed extra attention. She did a great job and when I asked, she shared some tips that helped me learn some new techniques and also taught me how to mix her cleaner. Wish she & Toni were my daughters! Enjoy their company!"

"I worked with Orlando Town Construction, especially with Petru Dulgheru, for the remodeling of my bathroom and kitchen, and I was extremely satisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking quality renovation!"

"Steve and his crew scheduled visits and showed up to complete the work. Steve gave us critical advice and enlisted the help of a structural engineer so our project would be completed to building code requirements and most importantly structural sound. We are pleased and thankful for Steveâ  s work on our home and would recommend him to others who want to have home improvements done the right way."
