"They were able to be scheduled quickly for an oven repair around Thanksgiving"

"Very prompt, effective communicators, and excellent repair work."

"JR Quality Appliance Service gets five stars from us. Not only was our dish washer repaired and back in service, it was done so without an exorbitant bill for parts that were not needed. We were given tips and ideas for using the dishwasher correctly that we were not doing. We highly recommend their company."

"After all most two weeks of being told to order the wrong parts and watching another guy trying to “figure” out how to repair the appliances, Joe (the owner) came in and immediately knew the problems. He has been doing this for 49 years and he really KNOWS his busy. He estimated out the work, gave me a proper invoice, ordered the parts for the job himself and finished the job in less than a week. No incorrect parts ordered, no fumbling to figure out how to dismantle the appliances or put them back together. Just in, repair, done, and out. He’s also got a great sense of humor. Smile. I will definitely call on him again when needed."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Very helpful in answering any questions we had. Excellent service"

"Honestly I coukd use a new furnace at some point but it's not in the budget now, I've called this company or messaged them at all hours of the day and night, I've never waiting longer than 3 hrs for a repair man to come out and diagnose the problem. Then order parts on the spot. Pricing is very fair and customer service is on point. I'm a real estate agent and I recommend this company out as often as I can, and use them myself for anything needed."

"Kept me well informed of the repair process. What they told me at various points turned out to be accurate."

"Big thanks to Eugenii for fixing my stove! He showed up fast, quickly figured out what was wrong, and explained everything clearly. Really appreciate the great service!"

"Great! Had a clogged pump. Was repaired and charged fair price."
