They were on time, professional (didn't try and pressure me into anything other than why they were called), and will be returning to perform the requested work."

"I called Chris early Monday morning and he got there later that same morning...he took the toilet tank off then replaced the seal between the tank and the bowl. The old seal was too short and had moved to the side allowing water to leak out of it when flushed. Chris had the part necessary for the repair. It has been a week later and the toilet works as good as new. Thanks Chris for another awesome repair."

"Overall: I would say a "B" because i'm still missing that piece. They should have followed up, because thats what they'd said they were going to do. I didn't go around really pricing other places, I've used Red-Lilly before and they've done good work with me, so, thats the main reason- I called RedLilly mainly and wound up wit Plotke side answering, and they said they are together now. I guess Plotke is now buying out RedLilly. So it doesn't matter which one you call these days. The work was, I think, well done. They are just sometimes not careful with a persons property, I would say. From this and from other occasions. They should put a cloth down or something like that, be careful, Remember to apply a cloth on a fixture before you apply the pliers on it so as not to scratch. They didn't clean up well after themselves. He showed up unannounced early. So he was supposed to show up like at about 10 O'clock in the morning instead he showed up like at 8:30 in the morning. So I was like " You are supposed to be here later, I'm not ready for you yet." I had things to do that morning. In the future, it depends on what the problem is, it depends; is there a special going on, on something that I need , that I can get on Angie's List. It depends. Other times they have done really well but now that they are merging with the other company it's not as good as it used to be. To improve there service: Follow through and cleaning up after themselves. Friendly staff"

"Kelly from Castle Plumbing was phenomenal from start to finish. He came out to assess the issue, told us the problem, quoted us a price, and was back quickly to fix the leak. He showed me the broken pipe he had fixed and charged us exactly what he had quoted. He was in and out in about an hour, and it was not an easy space to work in under the house. Kelly was very responsive on the telephone, and he was super professional and polite! We will be hiring him to install a tankless water heater for our house. Great service!!"

"Saturday afternoon on a hot day on the High Desert.  Air-conditioner compressor failed to start.  I searched angieslist for recommended providers.  As my home is equidistant to Victorville and Barstow, and I figured Barstow businesses might be less busy.  I called Clemmer's.  Fortunately they had a technican in my area.  Technician arrived ahead of scheduled time.  Immediately troubleshot and determined problem to be a faulty capacitor.  He replaced the faulty unit with one he had in his truck.  Problem solved.  3 hours from my A/C failure to correction and return to service.  GREAT!!!! <br />"
