We had several contractors come out, assess the damage and then never responded again. When Rick's came out to give us a quote, they were on time, gave us a fair, clear quote and met with our insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster understood the complexity of the project and the potential cost. Without Rick going to bat for us with the adjuster, we could never had afforded to get our house properly fixed. Also had some minor fascia and soffit damage to repair from a prior storm, a chimney demolition and cap off, and 3 new whirlybird vents added to the roof. The amazing team completed about 98% of the project on 1 very hot day. They worked carefully to protect all structures, plants and shrubs on the property and did an excellent job on the clean-up.
