"We recently had Good News Home Improvement replace the siding on our house and paint the exterior, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and exceeded our expectations. Our Project Manager, Lon, was fantastic—his communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way and addressing any concerns promptly. Both the siding and paint crews were meticulous in their work and showed great care for our property. The siding crew even came up with a creative and beautiful solution to replace brick we had recently removed from the front of the house, which truly enhanced the final look. We received multiple bids for this project with like-for-like improvements, and Good News Home Improvement was by far the most competitive. They estimated two weeks for siding and 3-4 days for painting, but the siding was completed in under four days, and the painting took just under three—far faster than expected without compromising quality. If you're looking for a company that delivers high-quality work, excellent customer service, and great value, I highly recommend Good News Home Improvement!"

"After doing much research I decided to go with All Exterior Construction. High quality work with affordable pricing! Vlad and his team showed up on time, always communicated if there was anything I needed to know. Definitely recommend!"

"We moved to California a few years ago, and were a little in the dark on who to go to when we purchased our home. Our realtor recommended America's Dream HomeWorks (ADH) for our project, and we could not be more pleased with the work. They really took the reigns and completed an amazing project for us. ADH was prompt, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Our home was originally built in the 1930's and had minimal renovations over the years. The ADH team helped us create a beautiful design that opened up the floor plan, and completely remodeled the house based on our life style. Vlad and Peter were the lead contractors on our job, and we loved having them at the house every day. We were actually very sad when they were finished because it meant they wouldn't be a part of our day to day life. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. Everything was completed to perfection. ADH made the home new, while keeping the charm of the house. The ADH team gave us great insights along the way. When we were stuck on a decision they guided us the right direction. I loved that Vlad would always include his input when we were making a design decision. His expertise and experience was invaluable in making the right calls. We found that the selection of finishes from the ADH partners excellent. We love the cabinetry, flooring, and counter tops. We were also really impressed with Peter's tile work. He created a beautiful backsplash behind our range. It was like watching an artist work when he was laying it out. Overall we could not be more pleased with our renovated home, and our time working with ADH. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent team to remodel their home and would use ADH on future projects."

"DL Design Construction did a superb job of replacing old and rotted wood siding on our house with long-lasting James Hardie fiber cement siding. Ours was not a whole-house project, just some accents, and a chimney tower, but DL tackled it with professionalism and attention to detail. There was never a sense that their crew was rushing and they absolutely did not cut any corners. They fixed some dry rot that was under the old siding at a very reasonable cost. Every stage of the job passed inspection easily, and the end result looks great. Their bid was highly competitive and their workers were capable and courteous throughout. Highly recommended."

"Went Fantastic. My home is 17 years old. Frank and his crew has painted the entire exterior and interior of my home (see each of those reviews). I didn't hesitate to contact Frank when I wanted all my interior wood cabinets painted which included all kitchen, linen closets and 2 bathroom vanity cabinets painted. Frank and his crew arrived on time and immediately started prepping the job. The refrigerator needed to be moved out of the kitchen but the stove and dishwasher remained. They drew a map of the kitchen cabinets and both bathroom vanities. They removed all cabinet doors/drawers and removed the hardware. They numbered all cabinet doors and drawers and identified each on the maps they drew. They completely sanded each drawer and door. Frank uses the highest quality paint products and used an excellent shellac primer on all the wood surfaces to ensure an excellent adhesion of paint. Then taped/masked off around where they would be painting. The nice part was I didn't need to empty all the cabinets but did have to empty the contents of each drawer. They sealed off the kitchen and bathrooms like little paint booths but I still had used of the toilets/showers/sinks. I did lose the ability to use the kitchen to cook in but didn't find that an imposition. At the end of each day, they made sure I had use of each bathroom. The final product was a beautiful finish and new looking cabinets. I couldn't be more pleased!"

"

This is the third time Jerry has done repairs for my house.  He is always professional, prepared, and personable. When I called, since it wasn't a crisis, he came as soon as he had an opening.   He came and assessed my old hot water heater, determined it needed to be replaced (it was 15 years old).He explained the problems and options to me. He installed a new one, changing some of the old plumbing to meet current requirements, and as always, cleaned up.

"Great job on the house, they had everything installed in 3 days and once the LAWP Panel from the power company and hooked everything, then everything was working well. they took care of all the paper works and documentation, and everything was done quickly. Best price available for us."

"The recent updates to our home, new flooring, cabinets, and paint have made such a difference. The team was skilled, friendly, and clearly committed to making sure we were happy with every detail."

"If you want a contractor that is fair and reliable, hire these guys. They will do the job right. They will also let you know if they can't do something too. I had a lot of tile to remove and install and they said the job was too big so I went to a tile only guy."

"On September 03, 2011, I woke up, only to discover a flooded kitchen, from a leaking faucet under my sink. Out of hysteria, and quick thinking, I picked up the phone, and proceeded to call Forever Wood Construction Emergency Hotline. (916) 676-6610.  Within two rings, I was already speaking to a live representative. I gave them my address, and a quick overview of the scenario, and they were already on their way!!  The representative, also walked me through the procedure of turning my water off, through the phone.  About ten minutes later, Forever Wood Construction was already at my door step, with all the necessary tools on hand.  I am amazed to see such prompted service.  I proceeded to show them the water damage, and they thoroughly explained everything they were going to do, to prevent further damage, in an fashionably organized manner.  Within a half hour, I had my kitchen stripped down, and airing out  with their Huge Fans, and Dehumidifiers.  Forever Wood Construction Company, helped me to get all the necessary information for my Insurance company.  After the drying process, Clayton Witherow, Owner, presented a game plan, to ensure this would never happen again, and tips on different materials, they can use to increase the value of my home.  I went with the Travertine Stone Tiles, in which i love.  Forever Wood Construction had the kitchen done, with absolute quality results, in one day!!  I have never experienced a company with such great customer service, sense of urgency, and top quality results, as exceptional as I've experienced with Forever Wood Construction.  I will use them for any future construction job, whether it be an emergency job again, or not.  I will also refer Forever Wood Construction to all my family members, and friends.  I want to thank Forever Wood Construction, for making me feel comfortable in the situation at hand, and increasing the value of my home!!
