"The phone contact with Superior Door Service was prompt, and courteous. There was some miscommunication about an appointment but it worked out well in the end. Shaun, the owner, inspected the garage door springs and tried opening and closing the garage door several times and determined an adjustment was all that was needed. we agreed to the estimate and work to be done. The adjustment was done quickly for both sides of the door once again testing the door for balance and if the springs had enough tension. All through this process Shaun explained to me what was being done and why. He answered other questions I had regarding the springs and hardware politely and knowledgeably. The garage door definitely works better now than it has in years. The service call was quick, worked fast and more than a reasonable price for the work done. We appreciated Shaun honesty and not selling us something we didn't need. Would hire again and recommend to others. Thank you Shaun and Superior Door Service!"

"My garage door was behaving erratically when I attempted to close it -- to the point where I had to manually assist' in the closing of the door.  Obviously, I needed to have it serviced.  I went to my 'go-to' site for a referral and discovered ELK GROVE OVERHEAD DOORS on Angie's List.  The technician, David, arrived shortly after the scheduled time and proceeded to inspect the door.  He swapped out the door rollers and even added addtitional brackets to better support the door rails. Before he left, he did additional little things to ensure a quieter garage door operation, as well as giving me tips on future maintenance.  Overall, a dream experience!  My garage door now works like it did on it's initial installation some 10 years ago.  Thanks David and thanks ELK GROVE OVERHEAD DOORS !!

"Tom and Steve are fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. When I first met with Tom to start discussing plans I had several ideas and he was very honest about how far my budget would go and what I could actually do to maximize space. During demo they were always very prompt and kept the work site clean. They replaced all of my old plumbing, and because I discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen they ran plumbing to where I want to move my fridge in the future. They also discovered many issues with the existing wiring, which they replaced and also explained very clearly what the issues meant and how they were going to fix it. I had a steam shower installed and used tile to do a wainscoting in both bathrooms. They did a wonderful job tiling, especially since it is an older home and they were single lay 3x5 tiles. Also the bull nose tiles I purchased wouldn't work and they came up with a solution on the fly that I absolutely love. They were also very good about responding promptly to questions. I would absolutely recommend you work with these guys they did a fantastic job and I will definitely work with them again.

This is the third time Jerry has done repairs for my house.  He is always professional, prepared, and personable. When I called, since it wasn't a crisis, he came as soon as he had an opening.   He came and assessed my old hot water heater, determined it needed to be replaced (it was 15 years old).He explained the problems and options to me. He installed a new one, changing some of the old plumbing to meet current requirements, and as always, cleaned up.

Everything went amazing while the crew was in my house they were very polite and cleaned up after themselves very well. Everything they did was completed before the scheduled date. "It was great honestly. They came out, took a look at the problem, found the problem and promplty fixed it. The plumbing was drastic, and they worked on it really hard. My wife is loving her new kitchen, and I am loving that I had to put in minimal effort. The base boards and the tile look great, Im not even getting into the kitchen cabinets- those are just amazing. "I would hire BMT Builders (George Smith, owner) in a minute for any and all projects. From the first time we met George, he was a straight-shooter. When we were talking about the project, he made sure we knew that he was committed to quality work. He and his assistant, Daniel, were always on time. On the rare occasion that they were late, they called early to let us know. In addition, although he had much larger jobs he was working on, George gave the same care to our small project as if it was a million dollar job. George did a thorough inspection and after we had shared what we wanted, we all went down to a tile store where George showed us our different options. Each day he worked he would explain in person or over the phone what he had done that day and what he was expecting to do the rest of the week. As usual, the unexpected happened. George discovered that our Master Bathroom (which backs up to this one) had some significant leaks. George went out of his way to inform us without pressuring us to make a second contract with him. But, since we were already tremendously impressed with his work, we signed a second contract. The bottom line was both bathrooms were remodeled in a professional and timely manner. Communication with George, Daniel and the rest of the team was top-notch ... we always knew what was going on. In addition to finding a skilled craftsman in George, we also made a friend."
