Because of his many years of experience with tractors he knew how to do it just right so we have had no issues with erosion. We had Cj come back out recently because we were experiencing drainage issues from where our downspouts are located and the slope of our yard. He dug trenches with his tractor and installed drainage pipes to divert the water away from our house. Once he covered the pipes back up, it looks wonderful and we have not had a single issue. "Have a 1,864 square foot home with original exterior paint (1991). Had two estimates for exterior painting but went with Four Seasons. They weren't the lowest bid, but I was impressed with Rick Davis' detailed proposal and style-he explained why he preferred a particular paint and he was very careful in eyeballing the project and looking at the details.
Crew was on time and did a great job. No spills or spray overs and their daily clean up was well done. When I checked around after the crew had finished, there were two window frames on the front of the house that hadn't received the trim color. I contacted Rick and he said he's take care of that. The very next day one of his workers came out and fixed the window portion. He even went around and did touch ups on spots he thought needed it. That's great service!
Rick was very communicative and responsive throughout the whole project. The finished product looks great and his staff were very professional and polite.
If you're looking for a good company to feel comfortable with, I highly recommend Four Seasons! I'll certainly be calling them again when it's time to do the interior.

"It went pretty well, overall.
Mike, Jerry's plumber, arrived about ten minutes past the appointed time; not a particularly big deal, though I had phone in hand with intent to call Jerry in the next five minutes to re-confirm appointment.when Mike rang the door bell.  Mike assessed what I wanted done and returned to his vehicle to get his tools and proceeded to go to work.  Working under a kitchen sink is not pleasant, but Mike handled it well, removing the old faucet and installing a new Hansgrohe quality faucet with which he was somewhat familiar.  He did a fine job.  He then proceeded to remove the thru-wall nipple with saddle vlave and replace it with the nipple and angle-stop provided.
Because of the slight difference in dimensions and location between the old and new hardware and the absence of slack in the attached copper tubing, Mike had a little difficulty in re-attaching the copper tube, but managed it in any case.  In the process of struggling somewhat with this, Mike forgot to re-install the escutheon at the wall.  I agreed this was not a big deal, as I can replace it wiht a two piece unit at a later time.  It was certainly not worth undoing some of his work.  This all took about an hour and twenty-five minutes, at which point Mike said that he had only about fifteen minutes to get on to another job.  He felt he would not have time to complete a third item I hoped could be accomplished, namely flushing the drain pipes.  So I asked him to install a soap dispenser that I had purchased to fill the empty hole in the sink presented by the new faucet installation.  This was a quick and faily easy job. 
I have to say here that I feel I got my money's worth just in the installation of the new faucet, as the value of that job increased on a daily basis with the pestering and cajoling I was getting about my procastination toward crawling under the sink.  ( I'm sure Mike did a better job anyway, and without the four-letter epithets that may have emanated from me. My spouse noticed that it was a comparatively quiet job).
Mike was on site about 1 hour and forty-five minutes, total.  I expected about 21/2 hours, which, I think, would have enabled the drain fllushing.  This is based on the $80/hr. rate mentioned somewhere in the conversation with Jerry.  This may have included travel time, however, which could explain the discrepancy.  I have been too busy, lately, to bother discussing this minor point with Jerry.
