"Cj has far exceeded our expectations on every job he has done for us! He was able to turn a big hillside of dirt and wasted space into the most beautiful area for a chicken coup and run. Because of his many years of experience with tractors he knew how to do it just right so we have had no issues with erosion. We had Cj come back out recently because we were experiencing drainage issues from where our downspouts are located and the slope of our yard. He dug trenches with his tractor and installed drainage pipes to divert the water away from our house. Once he covered the pipes back up, it looks wonderful and we have not had a single issue. "I researched replacement windows before hand so as to be as knowledgeable as a consumer can be. Our windows were each 92" x 77" (over sized).  We had numerous replacement window companies out for bids. <b>ALL</b> said the window companies they represented could not build the windows we wanted due to their large size. Then we called CECS.  Lance, the rep they sent out (in the past he owned his own window co), took measurements and made a few phone calls and said it could be done and at a fair price. He was very responsive to answering all our questions with all the right answers. He knows windows. What is really strange about this whole experience is some of the other replacement window companies who offered the <b>same brand and model</b> window as the ones we just had installed, said our windows couldn't be built. Lance knew who to call to get it done. <br> <br>Since the windows were so large, CECS sent out Brandon and Omar, their 2 lead installers, for our job . They had them installed in a few hours and everything went perfectly. They answered all our questions politely and left the job immaculate. Really great Service ! <br> <br>My wife and I love our new windows and what a picturesque view CECS has given us. <br> <br>"

"Every interaction with GTL was great. Tommy showed up early (accommodating my work schedule) to see the house and start the quote. Brian was a wizard installing the crown moulding - up to 16' sections all by himself. He was profession, nice, and even taught me a couple of carpentry tricks. Finish and paint was done the following day. Everything looks great. I would hire GTL again for future projects."

"Great! Jeff responded promptly to every one of my questions. Although he's busy and had to schedule a few weeks out, he did the job in the window that he said he would be able to do it in. I picked J Ratch Construction because of his quick response time and based on my experience with other roofers. I had one roofer flake 2 times on an estimate appointment, but Jeff had a quote for me the day BEFORE it was expected! Another roofer insisted on doing a 2nd layer instead of a re-roof. I was skeptical about the 2nd layer because it was a 30 year old roof with a lot of dry rot. The quote from J Ratch Construction was only a little bit higher than the 2nd layer option and a few grand less than the the re-roof quote from the competitor. This made my decision to go with J Ratch Construction a no brainer."

I contacted Clyde, and he came out and looked at what needed to be done, and gave us a price, which we thought was very reasonable. <br /> Chapman's Legacy Plumbing was coming to our house on 11/10/14 to remove the kitchen sink, and he and Clyde coordinated the time, so things went smoothly. Clyde and the person he brought with him did an excellent job. "In order to get insulation blown into my attic I needed a licensed electrical contractor to sign off on some old knob and tube wiring in my attic.  I called Brannan Electric to do the inspection as  I had Dave Brannan out to my house a few weeks earlier and was satisfied with his work.  Dave inspected the attic wiring, installed 3 electrical boxes, and prepped the attic for insulation to be blown. Dave is not cheap, but in my opinion you get what you pay for and Dave's experience and honesty make it well worth the extra few bucks. He is prompt, is terrific in following up, and has provided some great referrals for other contractors <br>i have used.  <br>"

"Marc did a great job.  The work performed brought my garage into code.  I was able to get rid of three extension cords.  The old hanging light fixture was replaced with two new fixed ones and now "let there be light".  A new outlet was installed over the workbench so I will no longer need an extension cord for power.   Marc installed a new  outlet for the garage door opener. Previously, I had to use a small extension cord for power to the opener because the closet outlet was too far for the opener cord.  Marc also replaced the light switch because he didn't like the look of the old one.  My garage now looks neat and clean with no extension cords or wires hanging everywhere.  I will definitely use Energy Elcetric again. <br />"

"<p>I am a single woman and I don't know any contractors.  I was worried about finding a contractor I could trust.  I found Powers Interior Contracting through Angie's List.  I needed an upstairs loft converted into an insulated bedroom with a door.  Joe Powers came out and bid the project with a thorough and reasonable bid which I received within a week of his first visit.  This was a smaller project for Joe and he worked it in between other jobs and finished the project in two and half weeks.  He was very professional, kind, helpful, trustworthy, punctual, a good communicator and he did an outstanding job on the project.  Everything went as I had expected.  The room turned out great.  He matched the paint and the texture of the walls to the existing living room such that you cannot tell the upper room used to be a loft.  He is a really talented craftsman.  He did an excellent job cleaning up the work site before he left.</p> The project couldn't have gone any smoother and I couldn't be happier with the finished product.  I would definitely use Joe Powers' services again and I highly recommend him for interior contracting work. <br />"
