"Iâ ve worked with many different contractors through the years, some good, some not so good and others that are top notch. Lovejoy Construction falls into the top notch category. It was a multifaceted job due to a flooded section of the house. Carpet, flooring and walls in three rooms need to be removed. At a quick pace, they removed and replaced sub-flooring and walls, repainted walls, had bathroom flooring replaced and the insulation and vapor barrier under the house replaced. Ryan Lovejoy is a great communicator, that kept me informed every step of the way. Ryan as well as his assistants are well mannered, polite and thoughtful. "Did a good job initially. Did not install small plugs that cover the screws holding the window to the frame. Failed to respond to come back and do it. Some cosmetic drawback to their good job. Weak customer services!"

"Bill and the rest of the Fine Point team were incredible.
They sanded and repainted a large kitchen with stained oak cabinets. Since the oak didn't take the paint like other woods, they applied an extra coat of primer and and extra finishing coat to make sure that it looked the way we hoped. They used a spray, which helped give the cabinets a professional, uniform coat. They look fantastic.
When the paint dried, some of the cabinets didn't close properly. This is not a criticism?when we told Bill, he came by the next day to fix those that were misaligned (which could have happened in any project), so the final kitchen looked perfect.
The whole team was really friendly. They put in extra hours to make sure the job was done well, and honored their initial estimate, which was completely reasonably compared to some estimates we received.
They touched up several areas of the house. When we couldn't find a matching paint for the upstairs bathroom, Bill repainted the entire wall with another paint, and he did it for a nominal fee.
What can I say? The team was patient with us as clients, thorough with the job, and masters of the craft. Our house looks fantastic, and I'd hire them or recommend them in a heartbeat.

"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."
