"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"Great professional service! Very responsive to problem areas. Willing to return on a follow up if needed. Highly recommend."

"It is still in progress, but so far things are going well. Very good communication and good customer service."

"I thought it went very well. He was very meticulous in going through and identifying where the pests were coming into the house. We ended up spending another $150 to completely eradicate and take care of the problem. I don't know if they put anymore traps down there or not, but I haven't heard anything from the tenants saying that there is a problem. It's been six months now and so I'm thinking they took care of it."

"On time, efficient and understood the situation

"Did not try to over sell, honest, friendly, consistency, fair pricing."

"Requested an estimate after a comprehensive inspection by a different firm because the bid had seemed a bit high. Bay Area Termite Co. is a family-run business pretty close to my home, so it seemed like a good fit. Mark and his nephew performed the work after Mark had issued the quote. There was a bit of delay due to a mix-up in forwarding the estimate to me -- the email had been determined to be spam and was dumped into my trash until I followed up by phone, and a number I tried to use was apparently incorrect. Mark's mother handles the office functions and she got it straightened out. They were friendly and efficient. Floors everywhere they worked were draped with drop cloths and they were careful to insure that I understood the scope of their work. I'm fairly convinced they did a thorough job of detecting and treating all areas they could find, but it's probably not possible to be sure that absolutely all of the pests were eliminated. They'll check back in a year to perform a followup inspection; the warranty is for two years against any pests found by them or by me. Some other firms recommend tenting the entire house. I was not in favor of that because of the preparation difficulty and considering the difficulty in scheduling a time when we'd have to be away from home for several days or a week. The cost would also be pretty high, although the treatment could be arguably more effective. I can still go for such a treatment if this two-year trial with Orange Oil turns out to be unsuccessful."

"Very professional and knowledgeable- came over quickly to handle my pest control needs! I highly recommend to my neighbors"

"The first guy said he would spray the garage but he didn't.  The second guy was thorough."

"When one of the BIG companies (starts with T ends with X) made an appointment and never showed or called I didn't know what to do. Hugo called from Monterey Pezt Control and took care of the wasps the same morning..came back in 2 weeks to be sure they we gone...will tell everyone I know...Monterey Pest Control is the BEST"
