"The dealer recommended that I contact Mr. Appliance to repair the oven. Over the course of a month I made numerous phone calls, they came out to the house twice and the part was not ordered when it should have been ordered. The first visit was cancelled by them with no notice and rescheduled after I took off of work to meet them. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features.
