"He was responsive, knowledgeable, and worked fast. He let me know of any issues he saw and how to maintain my new water heater"

"This happened on Sunday. Response was excellent and technician was knowledgeable and very helpful and thorough. His name was Austin. Price I can’t really judge—since I wanted it fixed (replace water heater) immediately I didn’t shop around."

"Called within minutes of requesting a pro, texted name of plumber coming out, showed up a half hour later, and had a new water heater installed within a couple hours. Explained options and different price points well. Tobias was great!"

"The technician showed on time, checked out the problem, gave several options, and the replaced the old water heater within 3 hours. That includes time to pickup the new water heater. Now that's service!"

"I bought a water heater. They first connected me with a plumbing company that tried to add on $270 for additional materials and labor costs that they could not justify. I returned the water heater, and they again connected me to Holthaus. Holthaus called later that same afternoon and scheduled for the next morning. Dan came out and installed the water heater and new stand in just an hour. He only charged $30 for additional materials related to new gas fittings. He was very polite, transparent, and thorough. I would highly recommend them."

"Manuel was wonderful! He analyzed the problem and gave me options. He came on Saturday morning to install the new water heater and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

"Colby was very efficient and very knowledgeable. He plumbed a sump pump and moved the water lines for a washer and dryer. It was exactly what I wanted. Great work. Great Company"

"Guys did a great job! I would hire them again for future work. Jason was very customer focused and worked with me on the estimate and design of the system. Dave and Solomon did a great job with the install, and Jason was there as well to insure it went as planned. Guys were friendly, courteous, respectful, professional. Tankless systems are expensive, no two ways around it and that was the only reason I gave 4.5 on value, but Acme was fair with their price and I expect it will be well worth it. Thank you, Acme."

"The service technicians for Star heating and cooling whom did the installation of my new furnace arrived on time, where friendly, coutesy knowledgeable and professional. They accomplished the install job in a reasonable time and stayed there after a little while to answer any question I had. " Did a great job""

"I think it was fine. Actually, my wife coordinated that one but I don't think we have any problems with it. I'm not sure if we paid extra charge aside from the deal because  I wasn't at home when the guy came out to do the job. We've used them before and they are the one who installed the water system in our house. I don't think they standout exemplary or horribly bad but the service that they have provided to us was what we expected."
