We asked that they check the roof yearly to ensure it remains in excellent condition.. *** Found out all good things about our home. They did the original roof in 2000... and again in 2008 as the owners had to replace all the duct work so they removed the roof to do that job. Facts a new homeowner should know!"

"We needed our original roof replaced with a new roof ,so my husband was able to check out roofers around town working. Kayco time and time again kept impressing him with their ability to put up a new roof the right way. Kayco almost put a new roof on our house in one day but ran out of sunlight. We don’t have a big house ,but it was still impressive to watch. They clean up very well ,and they don’t leave that dumpster in front of your house for days after the roof is completed. "I called the office and an appointment was made for the next day. Dave and Dale called the house about 15 minutes before they arrived. One man cleaned the dryer vent and the other the chimney. They were both very courteous, professional, and confident in their work. They were informative and explained what they were doing and also helped us interpret the level of build-up that was present. Upon completion, they thoroughly vacuumed the work site and left everything spotless. I will definitely use this company again, but on a more frequent basis as both issues left unattended could be a fire hazard. <br />"

"Tim and Chris came out during the scheduled time and quickly realized they needed a special part for the job.  They did a safety check to make sure there wasn't an active gas leak, and rescheduled to come out the end of the week.  They came out that day right on time and were friendly, respectful, professional, clean, and fast.  They explained what was wrong with the fireplace and how they were going to fix it and went right to work.  I have never had a gas fireplace before and they explained to me how to turn it on and off and were happy to wait while I tried it myself.  They worked well together and it was obvious that they both enjoyed and were good at what they did.  I felt the price was appropriate for what was done and I feel so much better about having a safe, operational fireplace.  I will definitely call them again if I ever need fireplace or gas services done again. <br />"

"Comfort Temp came highly recommended. They removed old HVAC system from inside residence and installed new system, including water heater, to garage. Estimator was responsive and worked hard to ensure I was beyond satisfied with the job, from prompt receipt of the estimate to final completion and permitting of job. I sought estimates from three companies before going with Comfort Temp. Installers were professional and informative during removal of old system and install of new system. They reviewed all available options and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Plumbers installed extra valves at my request (without up charge) so that I could subsequently install outdoor sink. Total job time was less than 48 hours. System placement was appropriate, new gas lines and piping insulation looks clean and well designed, outdoor unit was moved to a new location that is significantly quieter from inside the residence. I highly recommend and will continue to do business with this company."
