John King roofers were yelling at each other and cussing, which could be heard all through the neighborhood. In other words, they came , they took care of the job, they cleaned up and left. All in 2 days. I have recommended them to several people and would be glad to recommend them to strangers. Greg Tyner was my sales rep. He made good suggestions, but not overbearing. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"Jack arrived on a Tuesday morning and began work right away. He had told me it would be about Monday before the job would be finished. The job was done on that Saturday. He worked non stop on the roof. Everything went perfect, even after he found some of the structure beams were bad. He never complained, slowed down or skipped a beat when he seen that the beams had to be fixed before he could finish anything else. He simply went to the lumber yard, bought what was needed and returned to do the extra work. He finished the job still smiling. Great company ! Thank you again. After replacing the beams, he put on the new wood, then the paper, shingles, then caps and just like magic I have a beautiful new roof!"
