While he was jest I mentioned that my dishwasher wasn’t cleaning properly. He looked at it; determined I needed a new sprayer head. He ordered the part and called me when it was in. Came right over and replaced it and it’s working like new. While he was here I mentioned that my oven door wasn’t gliding properly. He fixed that while he was here. Came on time, called on his way, quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer, fixed it fast while also allowing me to pester him with questions about what he was doing and why, and gave me a lower than expected bill. At my request, he also ordered replacements for some worn parts and came back next week to replace them also, but reassembled the dryer in between so we could use it, and did not charge for the 2nd house call.
