"I first hired Westbrook to remodel a bathroom for me in summer of 2019. It was a gut reno, the room was back to the studs. Dave's team was incredible, the work is absolutely beautiful. The team was easy to work with and cleaned up the site at the end of the day much better than previous contractors I worked with. Dave had great suggestions for how to make what I wanted to do work. When there were a few difficulties with the pieces I ordered, Dave worked with the bathroom supply company to resolve them. This year in October, we had a water leak in our front hall. I texted Dave in a panic at 6:30 in the morning and he walks me through what to do and had the plumber he works with in my house by 9am. (Don't text your contractor at 6:30, it's not nice, but Dave is an absolute hero). The remediation crew (NOT Westbrook) my insurance company sent to deal with removal of the water damaged material was not good. They knocked things down without asking questions. They damaged my marble floor and they destroyed a plaster arch that was original to my 1920s house. It's one thing to bring a contractor in to make an ugly part of your house pretty, but it's heartbreaking to bring in a crew to try to restore your destroyed home. Dave somehow managed to put everything to rights. There was fine carpentry work (a built in bench/radiator cover/storage piece that had been destroyed), plaster work (restoring the arch, fixing cracks in the plaster caused by water damage), and for the few things he didn't do, he knew someone (like a marble refinisher to restore the floors the remediation crew damaged). I also want to say that it's incredibly hard having someone work in your home during the pandemic but Gustavo was excellent. He followed COVID safety protocols completely. My hall looks even better than it did before the damage (and it had been newly done when the damage occurred). I honestly can't thank Westbrook enough for making this incredibly difficult process as painless as possible. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them unreservedly."

"Victor and his crew were great to work with. I had two bathrooms that were separate by a wall remodeled. After they were demolished both bathrooms down to the studs I decided (with input from the crew) to enlarge the master shower by taking space from the other bathroom. The crew is very courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned up each night before they left. The bathrooms are beautiful. As the project went on I kept adding other tasks that I needed done around the house. They handled all great and at a fair price. I would (and have) use them again."

"This is the second time I've worked with Hector and his team, the first being a bathroom renovation that went extremely well. I previously had an driveway and garage floor that were all-dirt/gravel and badly needed to upgrade. Hector came up with a solution that addressed difficult drainage issues without major excavation. I'm very happy with the result and now have a smooth concrete garage floor, together with a Belgian block-edged blacktop driveway that will be much easier to use and maintain. Hector and his team are a pleasure to work with and very professional."

"Miguel and his team know what they are doing. They did everything right with our kitchen floors and bathroom. They redid everything in the bathroom, from walls, floors, plumbing, electrical, and shower. Miguel is an expert and was able to anwser all my questions. He would call back when he saw my missed call. The bathroom is upgraded and my wife and I are enjoying it. I will recommend Miguel and his team for anything you need done."

"People might say they are a little expensive, but, in my opinion, you get what you pay for. They had to come and completely redo a shower that had been done previously. It had been originally leveled incorrectly, tile installed incorrectly and I had mold. The bathroom is now much nicer than before and without any issues. And the tile workâ ¦.Perfection."

"Professionalism, cleanliness, and great communication. They transformed my bathroom over a weekend"

"LRL Designs drew the blueprint, designed my kitchen & 2 bathrooms and created a new entrance to my dining room, which created a much more open floor plan in my main floor. I love the way everything turned out and am very grateful for the professionalism and dedication from the designer. She was a pleasure to work with."

"I recently worked with Z for the master bed & bathroom renovation and minor update for powder room. I can confidently say that I am very happy with outcome. Z was very professional, yet very friendly, punctual and so easy to communicate with throughout entire process. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, I especially liked his attention to detail and his creativity and skills. I really love the marble-look wall he created from scratch in master bath and wall niche that was built with oak wood to match the vanity - it truly makes a statement. I would not hesitate to have him back for future renovations!"

"I highly recommend Loja Renovations & Fine Carpentry LLC! Manuel and Fabian were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They helped me with several projects in my home, including mounting two TVs, installing a shoe rack, hanging a very heavy mirror, putting up window shades, and installing several shelves. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What I especially appreciated was how prompt and reliable they were. They came all the way from Corona, Queens, and arrived ready to get everything done. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. They offer a wide range of renovation and carpentry services, and based on my experience, I would absolutely hire them again for future projects. It’s not always easy to find people who are dependable, skilled, courteous, and take pride in their work, so I’m very glad I found Manuel and Fabian."

"Carlos and team did an amazing job on the full remodel of our bathroom. The team was meticulous and paid attention to details. Carlos offered great suggestions and was flexible on requested changes. Arrived on time, worked all day and cleaned up each night. Very pleased with how it turned out. I highly recommend him."
