He assured me it would so I ordered the new cooktop and we set an appointment based on expected arrival. The installation went quickly with no problems, except that the cooktop did not come with two latches that can be used to hold it more securely in place. Harvey said if I ordered the latches he could install them for me if I prefer, but that it's something I could easily do myself and he showed me where and how to install them. I appreciated that he didn't take advantage of an opportunity to make an extra service fee on a job that would have taken him five minutes.
