"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. We did talk to competing companies.  We were offered wood windows that required painting or cheaper material windows-same pricing.  We did have 2 full fiberglass doors installed also.  Ready for winter!!   Thanks, Dream Home"

"I am a truck driver and was 1500 miles away from home, He toke care of everything got me in when he said he would. Was done in a day! Very good about keeping in contact and up to date with you. Thanks for doing a good job!"

"Stetson dropped in with an estimate and we decided to use him. Within a month, as he had stated, he and his team showed up and performed an absolute amazing job!! They were all professional, worked together, and cleaned up their mess!!! I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed in Stetson or his business partner and their team of skilled workers! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!"

"Meticulous. Thorough. Goes beyond expectations. Exceptional value for the price of work. Actually, I would give him 6 stars out of 5. Trust him...hire him. You will NOT be disappointed."

"He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. When we asked about metal roofs he told us the pros and cons of the different types of roofs, he also gave us the web site of where he obtains his metal so we could learn more about metal roofs and looks at color samples. The next day he brought a real sample w/metal samples of the actual colors, gave us a great price so we hired his company which by the way is a family business."
