I sent him pictures of my bathroom and he quickly provided a couple of options with pictures and quotes was able to come out same day to take measurements. Within a few days, the glass was ready and he worked with me to find a window to install it and it looks great! He's responsive, courteous, and even cleaned up after and left no trace of being there.
