"This entire team was a pleasure to work with on my window replacements. The windows are a very good quality, the two gentleman who installed them were so wonderful. They were quick but did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Windows are not cheap, but Zen was by far the most reasonably priced option for a quality product that I found. At no point during the process did I feel pressured or rushed to make decisions but when I was ready everything moved very smoothly. "From initial contact, response was professional and timely. One employee came out to get measurements at which time pricing was confirmed. I signed the intent to purchase order and it took about 2 weeks for the window to be made. They contacted me for install date. A sub contractor showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up and told me to wait 24 hours before attaching the dryer vent to window. All good."

"Steve came out to describe his process from design to installation of railings.  Came up with various designs -- all good it was difficult to select.  He then met us at the Franklin Glass to select the glass to be integrated into the wrought iron.  Railings installed and one of the glass inserts did not seem quite right.  He personally came out to inspect the concern and took care of the issue immediately.  We really love the originality of his design and enjoyed working with Steve!

"I liked the girls. They did a very nice job. However jewelry was missing from the house. I filed a police report, but in reality, a cable installer had been in the house right before them and I went to an overnight weekend in a private house that weekend and took my jewelry case, so I don't really know who took the jewelry. I never contacted the company."

"Met with Pat Jewell in our home who presented suggestions for materials and complimentary colors.  Work was done per schedule. Workers were respectful of our home.  Did excellent job of tiling shower with decorative design that gives it an upscale improvement look..  Did work within cost estimate.  Installed  toilet topper. Replaced sinks and cabinet. Installed new flooring.  Always told us when they would arrive and  when finished each day cleaned up the space.  Covered our steps with protective plastic.  Kept our outside door shut.
