Because of laws requiring that window glass be replaced by tempered glass, they replaced my broken pane with plexiglass and told me that they would order the tempered glass and replace it later. When I called to find out the status of the glass order, they told me that given the small size of the pane, tempered glass was neither required nor available. However, because they didn't know this at the time they put in the plexiglass, they replaced the plexiglass with standard glass for free (parts and labor.) I was extremely appreciative that they recognized this and made it completely right."

"I had purchased a shower door and looked at a few contractors. FG Glass gave me the best pricing. Jim came and installed the shower door but found that it was oversized. I thought I would have to purchase another door. Jim came back with an idea to make it work. He installed a couple of wood blocks that would hold the shower door. Turned out great. I would just have to paint the blocks to match the wall. Great service."
