Tier 1 Home Solutions was founded with a mission to bring precision, reliability, and integrity to the handyman industry- values deeply rooted in my experience serving in the U.S. Navy Seabees. As a Seabee, I gained hands-on expertise in concrete, carpentry, masonry, plumbing and problem-solving under pressure- skills that now serve as the foundation of every project I take on. After transitioning from the military to civilian life, I launched this business to continue doing what I love: building, fixing and improving homes for families in Fort Worth and the surrounding areas. At Tier 1, we believe in delivering a high standard of customer service so you can finish that tedious to-do list and focus on what matters.
""He arrived on Friday and came to my house to assemble the desk. He disassembled it, but then realized he didn't have the right drill bit. He left, was gone for almost two hours, and then came back. He damaged the portion he was trying to drill because he did not do it properly. He returned yesterday, Sunday, at 10 a.m. When he arrived, he had a glue stick and a pack of colored pencils. I asked what those were for, and he said he was going to try and fix the top of the desk. He said he needed to put the desk back together first, but he couldn't. In the process of trying to reassemble it, he broke the desk on the opposite side. The desk is now in pieces in my office just broken wood everywhere. It's a complete mess. Someone should reimburse me for this. The desk cost $1200 plus tax." "

I called them last night and they were here this morning ready to get started. After the install, I didn’t know how to work the frame with all of my new features.
