"With an inspector en route due to the sale of my home, I was in a time crunch to have a newly discovered sprinkler issue resolved. Tom arrived literally within an hour of me calling him! He dug, and then made a sprinkler repair quickly. From the time I called I was fixed up and ready to go within two hours. He said he'd email the bill. Who does that these days! A very trusting gentleman. About a week later I received a very fair invoice. I'm moving, but if I we're staying around the area I'd use Tom again without hesitation. It's nice to know there are still some good ones out there. Brian (Savannah, TX)"

"Andrew came out to help us start up our sprinkler system for the spring. He was very polite, knowledgeable and reassuring. He found our broken valve to be the culprit for why we were not getting water through the system. He was able to assist us in fixing the system and finding the part we need. I highly recommend Andrew and his team for all of your sprinkler needs! We will be utilizing them from now on!"

"Called, made an appointment (was about two weeks out on appointments). On the date and appointed time, An Andy's truck arrived on time with three employees. They listened to my issues; one zone was not working and I wanted a tune up of the system, as well. They set about checking everything, ran all 9 zones I have, replaced three leaky sprinkler heads found during testing and adjusted the sprinkler heads as necessary. They also reset my timer to run the times, days and amount I wanted so it would run on automatic. Ran the complete system again to check all was correct, asked me if I was satisfied (which I definitely was), gave me the bill, which I paid with a credit card and before leaving, they thanked me for my business and said if I have any additional issues, to please call and they would come out to service me. They completed everything in just underone hour I will definitely hire them again to service my water sprinkler system!"

"I had several busted sprinklers and punctures in my garden irrigation. Montiel was extremely professional and fixed everything. Yard and garden is looking great. I even found another puncture kind in my irrigation and Montiel came out the next morning and fixed it at no cost, he even showed me how to do it in the future and left me some parts. On top of that, he gave me a lesson on how to use the sprinkler system the previous owner had installed. He really went above and beyond. I could not recommend a better person for sprinklers. Thank you Montiel."

"Elite Arborist went above and beyond to seeing my landscaping needs were met! Allow me to jumped at the chance to write an honest review showcasing this company’s dedication and attention to customer detail. Carlos took pride in ensuring the highest quality materials were used to beautify our home! He was particularly eager to reflect/incorporate my wife’s personal creative touch while professionally enhancing the natural outdoor space of our dreams. ELITE ARBORIST was also generous in allowing me a grace period to pay in full with three weekly installments. Finally, my wife adds, “Thank you for your meticulous care in our lawn installation. Suggesting the flower bed detail reflects your dedication and skills.” Jas Jam"

"I purchased my home four months ago and discovered that my sprinkler system had been neglected and was in disrepair. I called a person who could not identify the problem I then contacted Manuel who reviewed and fixed the sprinkler system. He showed me how to operate the system and I am pleased with his work. I will be recommending him."

"The sod install was done well, but I had to remind them to do things like clear and test the sprinkler heads and complete a landscape wall (it was too low and the mulch would have spilled out from the rain). The bid included the removal of bushes, but he talked me into keeping what I had. Since he was not going to be removing them, I asked and he agreed to trim them. When I had to remind him about that as he was leaving, he said he did not have his trimmers, but had a job in the area the next week and would be back. He did not come, and ignored my texts asking whether he was coming. Like most contractors I have dealt with, once they get their $, they drop off...regardless of whether the job is done or not. It is not a huge deal, but when someone leaves asking me to consider them for future work, they should complete what they say they are going to do if they want that to happen. I would still recommend them, but I would recommend getting an itemized list of every portion of the job to be done, and potentially assign a $ amount to each portion in the event that something changes in the plan."

"Hired the crew to remove an old shed in my backyard. They were quick to respond on the estimate and to schedule the job! Was in and out in just a few hours. Team was great to work with and professional throughout the process!"
