"I had several small jobs to do to get my house ready to sell.  Mike looked over the work that needed to be done and obtained what he needed to complete the projects.  He had to fill in and repaint several holes in the stucco on the front porch made by woodpeckers.  He had to replace a strip of door frame, which included painting the strip to match the rest of the door frame.  I had a gouge in the kitchen baseboard that needed repairing.  He first filled this in with wood putty and let that dry overnight.  The next day he sanded and painted this section of the baseboard and caulked between the baseboard and tile.  There was a section at the bottom of the door frame by the patio slider that he repaired with caulking.  He repaired another small section of the door frame by the front door.  He replaced a GFI outlet in the garage that was causing the outdoor lights to not come on. 
Mike did such a wonderful job on all these projects that I cannot tell where the original problems had been.  He takes pride in his work and is not satisfied until the work is done right.  He is also very personable and cares about his customers.  I am so glad I found Mike."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
