Hi, My name is Scott Trimmer and I've been designing custom homes and other buildings for over seventeen years all around Arizona. \n Here at STa Architecture, we realize that every client and project is unique and we don't try to fit you into a design box. We don't have standard plans and have never used the same design twice. We use the latest 3D design technology called Building Information Modeling or "BIM" in our office which helps us to help you visualize your project before ever putting a shovel in the ground. BIM also allows us to concentrate on the design instead of the construction drawings while also allowing us to produce construction drawings more quickly, accurately and at less cost than traditional CAD or drafting techniques. \n

"He was the general contractor for the project and sent out a painter. I had requested for a seam between the two rooms to be fixed and that was my main concern. The painter really didn’t do what I asked him. He then offered to come back out to fix everything. We fixed some of it ourselves, but the painter did end up having someone else to fix it. The general contractor did offer us Price cut because of all the problems. I would never use the painter again. However, he made right on everything. They were very apologetic and nice on the phone, I just wasn’t happy with the recommendation on the painter."

"Aidan and his team were great to work with! He listened to my ideas and was patient with me while I decided on the design I wanted, never pushing me to hurry. He brought my ideas to life and was able to make suggestions on how to really make my gate a head turner. I will be using Aidan and his team for all my future needs."
