"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"When I called SunGuard Custom Painting to schedule an appointment for an estimate,George's son answered. He asked if I were going to get any other estimates and I told him I was. He asked me to get all the other estimates first then call him back. He told me he would beat all other estimates. I did that, called him back and he and his father, George came out three days later as I requested. They did indeed quote an estimate significantly below any of the others I had received. The team came out about a week later. The first day they power washed the house; the second day they did any repairs necessary, caulked all areas needed and taped and covered all windows, sidewalks, patio etc.; the third day they arrived at 7:00 a.m. and started painting. The entire house was complete including all clean-up by 3:30 that afternoon. The house looks fantastic! George's sons came by at least three times throughout the day to check on the progress and to make sure all was done well. His team of three men were very considerate, efficient and proficient at their jobs. We couldn't be more pleased. Transition from tile roof to flat porch roof was origionally installed improrerly. Charged $1,000 for additional preventative work which seemed excessive but was well done. Was not the cause of the original leak. Excellent crew. I'd definately hire them again."
