"I was feeling a little uneasy when they canceled my install last week and wasn’t sure they were going to make this appointment ( I haven’t heard anything since the cancellation), but they showed up on time. The installation was going great until we realized the good side of the fence was going to be on my neighbor’s side (which was after the framing), they immediately changed it to the correct side, even though the person I originally spoke to had put the order in wrong, these guys changed it for me without hesitation. Overall I love my fence and I am happy with the install and the installers. "

"I ended up going with a 6ft privacy fence. It looks fantastic. And a 4ft dog run. The customer service is outstanding. They checked in with me regarding the 3 gates that were being installed. We discussed which direction gates should swing (in or out) as well as which side I wanted the handle (left or right side of door). I appreciated that since it truly does make a difference. I will be having them come back in early summer to stain the wood."
