He (and Samantha, Derek, Eli, and the entire crew) patiently led us through the entire process, answering every question, helping us on color choices, and on and on providing their expertise and support throughout. During the install, the crew was punctual, hardworking, meticulous with their craft, professional, and took great care with our home and property. The project was finished on-time and on-estimate. They even went above and beyond by helping remove old cedar shingles and prepping multiple cheekwall areas adjacent to the roof for a future project we were planning. And the install was not easy, as our roof is large with many angles and cheekwalls to contend with – not to mention that it was done in late December during cold temps and some inclement weather. Honesty and integrity are important to us and are usually hard to find these days, especially in the construction sector. "I had leaky roof. Of 3 contractors who came to take a look, only Ramon from NMTI pointed out an uneven surface that seemed to be good place to look for an issue. I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. "Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

"The roof was patched and I no longer have a leakage problem, I provided the wrong Shingles which were used unfortunately, and as a result the finished look is relatively poor, The company was very responsive and if they had the correct materials I'm sure the job would have been more than satisfactory. I need to remember it was a patch not a new roof. Try them, they came out between rain storms and fixed my leak."
