"It went absolutely fabulous! I had had several estimates and everyone had different suggestions. I went with W. Callahan Excavation because he was very knowledgable, had great suggestions and was extremely reasonable. I had my driveway widened and paved, extra parking with stone, new grass seeding, leveling of side yard, new retaining wall and stairs. Bill and his team surpassed my expectations, all at a very reasonable cost. When they were finished, I was amazed at the final outcome. BEAUTIFUL! Even the front stairs look amazing. "Lermon did excellent work. They worked very hard and diligently to dig down to the basement floor level on the outside, then repointed, applied appropriate mortar and water sealing layers. They then installed a french drain to divert the water from the hill behind the house to pass the house and flow into the front yard. They then repointed the inside walls and added a layer of paint that will also help lower the humidity. Communication was very good. This is the 2nd time I hired them and I would strongly recommend them."

"Sam's Masonry was great! Sam promptly came to the property to look at the job and quickly turned around a price quote. Sam's prices are VERY competitive and a great value for the quality of work performed. Over the course of two days, Sam was able to remove all the old mortar and caulking, clean the stairs, and replace the mortar with new cement. He was also able to cement some bricks on the sidewalk and help pitch the water away from the building. It worked perfectly! We look forward to working with Sam again!"
