We arrived a little early and he was already on site, performing some inspections on the outside of the house. He was very thorough and provided a detailed list of issued that he found, indicating the severity of each item and which we could access online. After he left, both our realtor and the seller's realtor commented on how thorough he was. He also took the time to explain everything he found to us as well as provide additional information about things like the furnace, hot water heater, etc. He even gave us some advice on some home projects we mentioned we were planning on doing that weren't related to the inspection.
