Instead of coming out right away as they had done three times before, we we put off to the end of the next day. Then the Technician was late. Then without telling us what was wrong with the faucet said we needed a new one. And only $600 out the door when I asked why so much for a faucet, I was told the brand of faucet they use was $550 itself. I was appalled and asked if they had less expensive alternatives and was told that they only carry that brand, but it was guaranteed 100 years. Well that is not exactly true, according to the info paper the warranty is for a certain part and the finish. I am 54 years old, do I care about 100 years from now? No. Since having to go buy the faucet would require my leaving work to purchase the part and bring it home for them to return to install it would be a hardship we went ahead and had the work performed. I asked that a manager call me, he never did. I feel taken advantage of and that my handicapped brother was also forced to accept this because his disability prevented him from doing it himself. My first 3 experiences were super, but this one was terrible. I am very unhappy with the service and exhorbitant price of the faucet, lack of choice and overall treatment."
