Not only did they save me a ton of money (less than half of MY cheapest estimates) but they tailored my payments to fit my budget and got the job done in record time. The roof has already weathered two severe storms including tornado warnings , and hail and wind shear alerts and came out beautifully. 28 gauge duralloy sheets formed by Perfection personnel and installed by Perfection installers. And FAST?!! It only took them 2 days and there's not a screw or nail showing anywhere !! Sharon and her husband were very kind and very hard working people.  They got it done in two days, we have a lot of returns/vents.  Honestly, $1700.00 was not what we wanted to pay for all this, but I think they actually do a good job and cleaned it really well as compared to what other companies out there would do.  You may be as little as $300, but you are probably not getting your vents cleaned well.  We are very impressed and I highly trust and would recommend Exterior Metals to clean your vents.  They do a really good job and make sure it gets done right.  They also called before they came, and came on time.  Very Impressed with them and will hire in the next four years when we need to have it done again.

"Very well despite my anxiety. My doors open smoothly now. Big open cracks in wall are now closed and can be repaired easily and not ever come back because of the stability provided by the installation of steel piers. I had huge gaps between wall and ceiling that are now closed and just need to be repaired and painted. The facing on my closet and doorway are now straight! I just wish we had done this sooner. The only thing I think they could have done better would have been to not leave a huge dirt pile in my yard. And maybe clean up after a little better. Although my house at the time was chaos anyway. Also...The guys were Super nice and Professional! I think this was one of the best house investments we could have made."
